United States District Judge Cleared Several Units of Samsung from Patent Infringement Case
Intomobile.com posted a recent development in the patent infringement case of Apple Inc. against Samsung. According to the post United States Judge Lucy Koh of the District Court for the Northern District of California cleared several Samsung units from the infringement case. The units cleared are Galaxy S, Galaxy S II and the Samsung Galaxy Ace. This decision does not however prevent Apple inc. from continuing their case against these cleared devices with Samsung USA’s parent company.
